SHIPPING
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay.
All pieces are shipped in signature South of the Border gift wrapping and shipped via Australia Post.
Please let us know in the delivery instructions section if you are purchasing your item for a certain date or special occasion, we will do everything in our power to get your item to you on time.
International items are shipped first class via the Australia Post service from Sydney, and unless the product page says it is made to order or on back-order, they are shipped within a few days after you place your order. Please make sure your address is correct on Paypal. We are not responsible for shipping to a wrong address that is listed on your Paypal account.
International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and are trackable.
We are happy to have you collect your item from our studio space in Cronulla. If you wish to do this, please use the code FREEFREIGHT at our web checkout and enter your mobile number in the Postal Instructions section.
We do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item or if you receive an item damaged.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully.
We offer an exchange or give credit notes for online purchases where the fit was incorrect or in the case where the customer has changed their mind and the item is returned within the fortnight.
If it is a size exchange, or you have a good idea of what you wish to exchange for, email us before posting your item back and we will pop the items you wish to exchange for on hold so you don’t miss out. Within Australia, we make size exchanges free, fast and easy by sending out the replacement item with a free return bag for the original.
Our credit notes are valid for 12 months and extendable if you haven't found something perfect in that time. So, in effect, they never run out. Most people don't have too much trouble, we have a really big range and have new deliveries all the time.

Upon receipt of the returned item in unworn condition, we issue a secret online code, which can be used at the web checkout or in any of our stores.
We encourage you to contact us through our online contact form, email or text for assistance in fittings or styling advice or if you need any help at all. We will go out of their way to help you, at the end of the day, we want you to love and live in your South of the Border purchases.
