SHIPPING & RETURNS
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted, however, you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay.
All pieces are shipped in signature South of the Border wrapping and shipped via Australia Post.
International items are shipped first class via the Australia Post service from Sydney, and unless the product page says it is made to order or on back-order, they are usually shipped within a few days after you place your order. Please make sure your address is correct on Paypal. We are not responsible for shipping to a wrong address that's listed on your Paypal account.
International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Items are shipped first class and have NO tracking number. If you would like a tracking method, the item will have to be shipped Express mail, which costs around $10 extra. Please message us after you buy your item if you want it to be shipped this way, and we will invoice you for the extra shipping cost.
We are happy to have you collect your item from our stores in Bondi or Cronulla.
We do not accept returns unless you receive the wrong item or if you receive an item damaged.
Please retain receipt to exchange within 14 days. No refunds will be given. Faulty claims must be made within 7 days of purchase. Faulty claims will only be accepted for assessment where the correct care instructions have been followed.
No exchange at all on layby items. In the event of cancellation, the layby deposit will not be refunded. Laybys are not redeemable using gift vouchers & credit notes. No swimwear returns will be accepted.
